Eligibility for Operator accounts is governed exclusively by the individual Operator's terms and age verification procedures. Any reference on this Platform to account registration relates to third-party Operators and not to k8game itself.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, k8game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all Applicable Law.

The licence granted under this clause does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its Content, to collect or use any product listings, descriptions or prices, to make any derivative use of the Platform or its Content, or to download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited when using the k8game Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate suspension of your access and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using another person's credentials or through fraudulent means.
• Uploading, transmitting or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security or access-control measures implemented on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to facilitate any form of fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling or reselling any part of the Platform's Content without express written permission from k8game.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or associated infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to collect personal information about other users without their consent.

All Content on the k8game Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of k8game or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The k8game name, logo and all related marks, trade names and service names are the exclusive property of k8game. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any k8game trademark, service mark, logo or brand feature without our express prior written consent.

You may view, download and print Content from the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial informational use, provided that:

• You do not modify or alter the Content in any way.
• You retain all copyright and proprietary notices contained in the original Content.
• You do not reproduce the Content in a manner that could mislead or deceive any person as to its origin or source.

Any other use of the Content — including reproduction, distribution, public display, performance, modification, or the creation of derivative works — without the prior written consent of k8game is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

The k8game Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Law.

k8game expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content on the Platform.
• Any warranty that defects in the Platform will be corrected.

k8game does not endorse, recommend or take responsibility for the practices, terms, promotions or conduct of any third-party Operator discussed or referenced on the Platform. References to Operators are made for informational context only. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting an Operator's own terms and conditions before registering or depositing funds.

Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment context only. k8game makes no representation that any specific payment method is available, supported or endorsed by any Operator or payment provider for gambling transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, k8game, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, and whether or not k8game has been informed of the possibility of such damages, including without limitation:

• Any financial losses, including gambling losses, sustained as a result of relying on information published on the Platform.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, business or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.
• Any harm arising from your interaction with any third-party Operator, payment provider or service referenced on the Platform.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any consequences arising from your failure to comply with Applicable Law in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, k8game's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of PKR 1,000 or such minimum sum as may be prescribed by Applicable Law.

k8game does not process, handle or facilitate any financial transactions, deposits, withdrawals or payments of any kind. The Platform does not hold, store or transfer user funds.

Any financial transaction you enter into in connection with online gambling — including deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment method — is a direct transaction between you and the relevant Operator or payment provider. k8game is not a party to any such transaction and accepts no liability in respect of it.

Users should be aware of the following when engaging with payment methods in a gambling context:

• Not all Pakistani payment providers support transactions with online gambling Operators. Users must verify availability independently.
